Preview terms.

The preview is free

You fill out the form, we build a working preview of your homepage at no cost. There’s no deposit and no contract to sign. If you don’t want it, you owe us nothing and we part ways.

Your information is always yours

Your business name, logo, photos you send us, and everything you tell us about your business belong to you. We only use them to build your preview and to get back to you about it. If you walk away, we don’t reuse them or share them.

The design is ours until you hire us

We own the preview itself: the design, the layout, and the code. That stays ours until you hire us to finish the site. The preview link is for you to review and share with people in your business, not to copy or to hand to another developer to rebuild. We host the preview and can take it down at any time.

If you hire us

When we finish your site and it’s paid for, the site is yours: it runs on your domain, and you get the rights to use the design for your business. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, like the sites on our work page.
